This tool will be used throughout the Congress preparation period with the main objective of maximizing participation and debate on the topics that compose the programme of this World Summit of Local and Regional Leaders - 4th UCLG Congress.

For each of the debates and plenaries there will be a dedicated space where you can find a description of the session and information on speakers and how to interact with them by posing your questions. The blog will also allow for exchanges of views between users and debate on the Congress topics.

In addition to the basic information that can be found on this page, you will also find news, interviews and videos on all the topics included in the Congress.

The UCLG World Secretariat encourages all those involved or interested in the activity of the international municipal movement to follow and participate in this blog throughout the celebration of this Congress in order to "Imagine Society, Build Democracy".
